Are Source files INCLUDED?
No, our design files are not included. Orders include the finished digital product in png, pdf, or jpg formats.
What if there is an error in the completed design?
We use the details and assets that are either provided by you, or seen at your site, or at a markeplace where your products are sold. The error you may notice in our design file is likely not an error done on our part.
As a courtesy, we take the initiative to correct grammatical or spelling issues that exist on your site or files you provide. Sometimes the product images you provide will not match your own written details; in this case, we defer to your written content and this scenario is not an error on our part.
In other words, we are likely not responsible for errors, as we use the data you provide to us. We will gladly correct any of our own errors, free of charge --- but, we are pretty OCD and do everything to ensure pristine work!

How long does an order take?
Good question! It depends on the type of service ordered. We typically complete orders within 2-7 days for One Pagers & Written Content services, and then 2-6 weeks for remaining services.
WHY IS IT Pay per design? AND, PAY PER edit?
Tiny Otter makes it simple. If you want a different design version than what is delivered, use your FREE BASIC EDIT, then pay-per-edit after that. We reduce fees for you by removing all the fluff-- no scheduling, no contracts, no negotiations, no monthly retainers, no meetings, no calls, and no excessive emails.
Our editing rates are more feasible than the standard. Other companies are charging $100, $150, and upwards of $300 per edit! At those rates, you stop and think twice if the revision is really necessary, and that's exactly why they price it so high. Well, we want you to have the option to make all the edits you want, and make it simple with Pay-per-Edit, available in BASIC or ADVANCED options.

If you paid for and ate a delicious cheeseburger (shout out to In-N-Out Burger), but then go back to the counter for another cheeseburger, you would have to pay for it.
